iPhone is better than Android

   iPhone is better than Android
My family for as long as I can remember always had Android phones. Two years ago, we all switched to iPhones and Apple products. Ever since Apple came out with their own phones, people have been deeply divided, with which phone is better, Apple or Android. Studies and customer reviews show that the iPhone is better than Android.

First, the iPhone offers more technical support. According to an article on yourstory.com,
“with the iPhone, you can tap into a vast database of useful help articles on Apple’s website.”
Although Android is a very technological phone it offers little costumer service. On the other hand,
Apple offers live chats, appointments, and many self-help forums. This allows Apple to fix issues
with their phones quickly and conveniently for their customers. In conclusion, Apple’s iPhone is
far better at supporting its customer base.

Also, it’s easier to update the newest iOS on the iPhone than Android. To back this up, the same
article states, “80 percent of iOS devices were running iOS 10, the latest version of Apple’s OS
while Google reported that Android Nougat was on a merely 4.9%.” This shows that a majority of
Apple users find the new updates easy and quick to install. Android, however, has about 5% of its
users downloading its newest updates. This means that it is either much harder and longer to update.
Therefore, Apple has the easiest platform to update.

However, there are some qualities about Androids that are appealing to some consumers. According
to the prices at Best Buy, the iPhone is upwards of $900. In contrast, Android phones are around
$800. This demonstrates, that Androids are less expensive than iPhones. Granted that the Android is
cheaper, iPhones have more quality for only a fraction more than the Android. To reiterate, Androids
are inexpensive but lack the same quality as iPhones.

Evidence like studies and customer reviews put Apple above Androids in almost every aspect.
First, Apple’s iPhone gives superior support. Also, it’s updates are quick and easy to install. In
spite of Android's attractive price tag, Apple still has more bang for its buck. Next time it’s time
to upgrade, purchase the iPhone instead of an Android.
