Samsung phones are better than Apple phones

There are many people that say that Apple’s phones are superior to Samsung phones but I am here to contradict this claim. Android phones and many advantages over iPhones, such as phone choices, faster charging, and better specifications. I think that Samsung phones are better than Apple phones.

First, Samsung has more phones available compared to Apple. An iPhone and Android user says, “When you choose an Android phone, you have what seems like an endless amount of choices for phones… With an iPhone, well, it's just an iPhone. Whatever it has in it is what you get.” This means just what it says, you have many more options with Samsung. Whether you want a phone with a capable camera, one that can withstand many drops, even one that has a 4k screen resolution, Samsung phones have all of these options and more so you can get the phone that fits you. Apple phones have their lineup, with only 2 or 3 different options in size or hardware. If you need your phone for a specific purpose, like photography, you can get that phone, but you can’t have that luxury with iPhone.

Secondly, Samsung has better specifications in almost every aspect. The same iPhone and Android user says, “People can argue all day about what software is better for this reason or that, but you can't argue better and faster hardware for a cheaper price.” The latest flagship phones for Apple and Samsung, the 11 pro and s10+, are the phones that I am comparing. The s10+ has 2 GB more RAM than the 11 pro, better screen density, an option for more storage, and much, much more. With better hardware, for a cheaper price, Samsung creates a much better phone for a lesser profit margin.

Some may say that iPhone has a longer battery life than Android phones, but the USB type c port charges the phone faster than the lightning port for iPhone. Thus, while you will have to charge the Samsung phone more often, those charges will go faster. Both of these phones will most likely need to be charged every night anyway.

While Apple’s phones do have some advantages over Samsung, there are far more positive benefits to getting and Android such as more options so you can get the phone to fit you, better specifications, a better charger, and much more. I’m not saying that you should go out and swap your current phone for an Android, but if you are considering a new phone, I would recommend getting a Samsung phone for all of these reasons.
