You should join a sport because it gets you in shape. If you like team sports you should join Basketball, Baseball, and Football. But if you like solo sports you should join Wrestling boxing, Jin Jitsu, Karate, and MMA. All the sports are fun but the singular sports, in my opinion, will get you in the best shape. The solo sports are more physical then team sports except for tennis so you slam people in wrestling punch people in boxing do chokeholds in Jin Jitsu and in MMA is like wrestling and boxing combined. That is why you should join a sport.
