Everyone Should Play a Sport.

There are lessons to be learned in everything we do. Joining clubs, activities, and sports teams can teach us valuable life lessons. Playing sports will help by being healthier, meeting new people and getting new friends, and having a good attitude. I think everyone needs to play a sport for these reasons and for so many more.





First, playing a sport will have a healthy effect on your body. This shows that having access to health is really good and will help a lot. Also, having sports will make it a lot easier to reach a goal for their health. Several studies have also revealed other holistic benefits of participating in team sports' '. This will make the sport everyone plays have a lot more fun. Also, it will connect you with people from different backgrounds. Everyone playing a sport would make new friends and meet new people.





Some may say kids develop a bad attitude from sports, but if the parents and coaches are involved and helping their kids, most likely every kid should stay positive. One cannot deny that if parents are active and involved with their kids, they will like or even love the sport. Kids will not get a bad attitude if the parents and coaches are involved.



I know that everyone should be doing a sport and it would improve everything. I explained that everyone playing a sport will be healthier, will make new friends, and how people should stay positive. With all the facts and information I know that everyone should play a sport to be productive.
