Book Review: The Third Eye

Hello everyone! For the first week of our blogging project, I decided to do a book review. There are more exciting things coming, so if you don't want to read about books, just come back next week. However, if this does interest you, then today we will be reviewing The Third Eye by Lois Duncan.

Published in 1984, The third eye follows the story of a teenage girl named Karen Conners. Karen was born with psychic abilities and her gift has haunted her all her life. When a little girl has gone missing, Karen is called by a handsome police officer and is asked to help them on the case. This book tells a tale of grief, loneliness, and illegal activity. There is a lot of crime and a lot of suspense in this novel, so I loved this book.

This book is rated a 3.85 out of 5 on Goodreads.com. I, however, would rate this book a 4.5 out of 5, and I think the majority of people who read this book will enjoy it. It is available at $15.99 at Barnes&Nobel. Also, of course, it is available in our library.

  1. You have got me interested in this book, Izzy. And, contrary to belief, that doesn't actually happen a lot. Nice job!!!
