Many people have their opinion on Pit bulls. Whether it's bad, good, or maybe you don't really have one. Most people think pit bulls are an aggressive breed. In my opinion I love pit bulls!History
Pit bulls were originally bred for dogfighting. Dogfighting is now illegal, but in the 1870s it was pretty popular. By the 1960s most states had dog fighting made illegal. And now dogfighting is illegal in all U.S. states, district of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. virgin islands.
Behavior
Pit bulls can be just as aggressive as any other dog. How aggressive a dog is depends on how much trauma they have suffered and their experience with people. If a pit bull has been treated amazing, has been trained, and is used to being around people then it is going to be friendly and loving. Unlike, just like any other dog, it has been abused cooped up, and not used to interacting with people or other animals it might be aggressive and won't trust people until they get to know them.
