Extending Human Life While Shortening Earth's

If scientists extended human life, Many people would be stuck in piles of trash and stuck in polluted air. I truly believe that scientists should not continue the study on extending human life.

In fact, if we didn’t keep elder people alive the world wouldn’t have to be harmed more than the earth already is. On the website NCBI, they talk about how humans have been destroying the world little by little. It’s like a group of ants destroying a piece of dirt. So if we kept more people and keeping them alive each year, over and over, The earth would be extremely destroyed for people to use roads and to breathe clean air.

More importantly, if scientists did not extend life population would drop. If we had more population people pollute the earth more. Also, the products being made and more people using them creates more trash and plastic not being properly thrown away. So if we had more people we would have to extend housing and build more and more than there already is, we would ruin it faster.

Furthermore, Let's say an elder that was able to live longer had a child get an incurable disease so that means they have to watch their children die to do to their life being prolonged if this process continues. I don't think that elder people want to watch their child and even grandchildren pass on. That's only if they have an incurable disease.

Some may say, that it is good to keep elders around for the true history of events but, we have made it throughout centuries without keeping them alive. So why should we start now?

In conclusion, I truly believe that they should not continue the study on extending human life. So if you're reading this I would seriously consider changing your mind.
