Swimming can be a great source of cardiovascular fitness. Swimming can help with your health and your muscular strength. It also can be good for people who just want to relax. Swimming is one of the healthiest sport. Swimming is the best sport. According to Better Health "It can help you maintain a healthy weight, heart, and lungs." It will make you healthier and help you stay healthy. In swimming, you use all your muscles. According to Hello Magazine "you build endurance, muscle strength, and cardiovascular fitness." Builds up body strength. Some may say Chlorine can cause asthma and other lung problems. Swimmers can have serious problems when they get older. But you can swim in saltwater pools and in open water. (The ocean and lakes) Swimming can help you regain strength to like if you're in a car accident and need to build your strength back up to normal. Swimming can also help you keep a healthy diet. So go online and tell all your friends to do swimming because it's very healthy for you.
