Holiday Traditions

Traditions

My family has many holiday traditions such as baking cookies, curch, and the pickle. My nana usually bakes at least 10 different kinds of cookies in the holiday season. Such as snickerdoodle, chocolate chip, peanut butter, and much more, but my personal favorites are oatmeal raisin and vanilla frosted cookies. Another holiday tradition is going to church on Christmas eve. My whole family on my dad's side goes to my grandparent's church the night before Christmas. Lastly, we do a german tradition. I am mostly German with some french and dutch, so we do this every year. On Christmas morning my parents rehide the pickle ornament on the tree wherever they want and the first kid to find it gets an extra present. Those are only three of my many family traditions.
