Rock the Block Invitational this weekend
Schuylkill Valley swim team has its own invitational every year called "Rock the Block" and it is being held here this Saturday. I am most likely swimming three events and am going to be helping to line up the children and calling their names to the heat benches. I always get nervous and get inside my head too much which is why I always try to talk to Coach Jess before swim meets or one of my events because she always gives me a good pep talk. Jess will not even show me who I am going aganist. She does that so I do not get so worked up and nervous. I am nervous but I am also excited for this weekend.
