All About Exercise
I think everyone should get some exercise from doing a sport to just taking a little walk every day. Being active is great for your body for staying in shape. You should try to exercise a little bit by bit and expand your exercise a little bit more every day.
My favorite sport is wrestling. Wrestling keeps me active and makes me have good endurance. Any sport keeps you in shape if you work hard. If you are active and work hard, you will love exercising.
